This tower has grown on me quite a bit. I really like the shape now. I hope the glass doesn't look thin and cheap.

I think you may be referring to the Burj Mubarak al-Kabir at the Madinat al-Hareer. There isn't really any news about it, though.

never heard of this tower and didn't know Kuwait City had such a skyline! Impressive looking tower!
