A year from now this site will be at or near ground level? Man this is going by fast. I'm glad I discovered this awesome community to see it all happen

Yeah, we do need a better look at what's going on down there. It seems to be further ahead than tower 3.

I wonder how either of these versions would work with Tower 3...

That's a great photo, and unmistakable footprint for this tower...

NICE!! I thought for a second I was browsing around the proposals threads, but it's now officially under construction. Now I hope to see the full tower built in a few years from now. That eastern bathtub is alive with activity.

I'm starting to like those other models of the tower. It's similar to something I was thinking should be done on the northfacing side.
It probably works better with Tower 3, but maybe less so with the Freedom Tower. Still, I like it better than the "plain" version.

Great to see progress, I is a lovely tower (although I prefer the towers 1 and 3).

Cool

Now thats more like it. Keep the updates coming. This is definitely going to be one of those Modern Marvels to come on History Channel soon! This (in addition to Tower 1) is my favorite tower out of the whole complex.

Why is this listed as U/C and 175 Greenwich is listed under proposals? I thought that the PA was financing 175 if certain conditions were met and that no deal is in place for this tower's financing as of yet. I know that Sir Larry claims that all towers will be rising in full, but, in reality, aren't this tower and T3only going to rise as retail stumps until major tenants are signed?

That foundations picture is a wonderful statement that this amazing tower is finally U/C!
