I can't wait until they finish building the SIFC, the new subway line and the pedestrian overpass. That area is such a mess right now that I don't ever bother going.
It sure is a mess. Or as they say in Chinese, 乱七八糟!The new pedestrian overpass should certainly help things.
What new subway line is going through there? I wasn't aware that they were building a new subway line through Lujiazui!

Ice? Can't be. I don't think Shanghai has had temperatures below 0 degrees this winter - and even if it has, I think you'd need much lower temperatures for ice to form like that on the facade?
well, it has been kinda cool there for the past few days, and if the building doesnt have heat yet, it is possible. Local weather logs show that it was -1 degree on the 1st of the month, and it has been below freezing on and off for the past few nights.
The second tower has already started. They work on the core and also preparing the first floor. I guess that, at the usual speed in Shanghai, the tower will be topped out by the end of the year.
