The first phase of the project, sited on 27 acres, is planned to feature 575,000 square feet of Class A office space, 850 residential units, a 300-key hotel, and 75,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. Pollack Shores will be a partner on the residential portion of the project, while a deal is in the works to land a partner for the development of a food hall.

Designed by HKS Architects and Populous, the project will tap into the industrial roots of the neighborhood, featuring architecture that utilizes brick, concrete, metal, and glass. Shipping containers will provide a home for start-up businesses and restaurants, while old stone foundations and metal roofs from old structures on the site will be reused.
