Man I'm getting pretty familiar with this tower. Like it's always been there. Not that it's a bad thing!

Great addition. Now, we need a similar sized tower to fill the empty lot at St-Laurent/ Rene-L.

It's definitely not as bad as I expected. The beige trim breaks up what I thought would be expanses of blue glass, but the colour is a little dull. I wonder of it would look better had the trim been white or even red. Downtown Montreal could use more colour.

Anyone else seen it at night with the lighting installed? I drove by a few days ago and the ''glowing blue light'' effect is pretty freaking intense.

In person, the blue is definitevely not dull. It changes depending on the daylight.

I meant the dark beige (or rather light brown) trim is a bit dull, not the blue glass.

Ah yeah, sorry. You're right about the beige, rather dull.

View toward Le V from the 17th floor of Altitude ($640,000)... Whoever buys better enjoy the view while it lasts.

Unless Philips square tower ever goes up, I don't see why this view would change anytime soon.
