There's a lot going on around the Escarpment District nowadays, and noticing we're having quite a few discussions about it in other threads, so I thought I'd revive this one.

I can't imagine the condo board of the Teron residential towers across the street from the Hiton Hotel would a. create a mural on the blank wall of the tower on Bay and b. develop the car loop.

Yes, Minto owns the lot next to the Pinnacle which also connects to their corner lot at Lyon & Slater
