Description:
33 Haiphong Road is a fictional skyscraper from 2016 movie 'Doctor Strange'. At night between 2016 and 2017, the building once collapsed due to the destruction of Hong Kong Sanctum, but suddenly restored like reversed everything. It could't be explained with any science theories.
The building is totally inspired by 'The Masterpiece' but L-shaped:
