Holy cow 700 feet? Trump Chairman Tower is like 450 ft. Comparing that picture with the other towers this will blow it away.

Not bad. I wonder what those people living right there next to the project who didn't take the buy out offers are thinking. They were offered descent market value a few years ago. Now they must be sitting in there now very dark alleyway houses saying, wtf. Haven't been to A.C. since they built the new Trump tower next to the Taj. Man, its allot taller than I thought. Going to be in the 80's this weekend, maybe I'll take a ride down there and check it out.

I was there last weekend and got some pics that ill load within a week. it doesn't seem topped out. it looks like its not a flat room. its steps and there are still a little to go on the western edge. you can tell there are many floors but the height doesn't look like 700 feet at all. from the street it does look taller than chairmans but not by much. this may be an optical effect because its so wide that it visually reduces the height

The concrete portion topped out at elevation 645 ft 6 in on 25 August (the basic ground floor is about elevation 12.0, the sidewalk is about 9.0) and the steel framing that is presently being erected to finish out the parapet walls will extend to elevation 710 ft 6 in. The concrete does step down from North to South, as will the parapet (see the renderings elsewhere in this thread)----it is indeed taller than the Chairman's Tower by a good amount........

revel a few days from topping out

they are putting up the last few beams of the parapet ...its just about topped out... it dominates the skyline. look at how it makes showboat look puny. keep in mind revel is further away from trump at this angle. caught this cellphone pic from the connector today.

Jeez, I've been out of touch! Last time I was in AC, they were at the 20th floor. At least a year ago, I guess.

Poor chairman tower, it was just built and now just looks very small compared to Revel.

Thanks for the (great) updated pics! Haven't been down there in years (when there were pile drivers in the ground)

Lots of progress made. I wonder if they are still planning on leaving an empty shell and finishing the inside later.

you can see in those pictures of revel that they started taking down one of the cranes, the one closest to the ocean. its just about completely gone now.
