Thanks for all the replies and compliments everyone. I've been a bit behind with my online duties, so here are some responses.

Yep, those guys are really proud of their work. Unfortunately, there will be no access to the top. An observation deck would be awesome, but we're not that fortunate. But I'll be back up there for topping out in a couple months.

The actual glass and shape seem to us to look a lot better than the renderings. I was wishy-washy on the design based on the renderings, but looking at how it's shaping up in person is a different story. It's going to be a memorable skyscraper.

Thank god I'm not a Michael Jackson.

Nope, I'm an electrical engineer (and photographer when people pay me for it).

well...not because there's any wrasslin' involved, but because your pictures are perfect so that's why I said...ahh forget it.

I'm not very afraid of heights so it's hard to say. I used to climb up 50+ feet in trees when I was a kid, I've flown little Cessna planes, stuff like that. But if you're afraid of heights, it would definitely be an uncomfortable situation. It's very open and windy, and sometimes you're stepping over construction objects while walking on a soft, unlevel floor just a foot or two away from the flimsy wire railings 650 feet above the street. So yeah, I guess it's a little hairy.
