T-mac good pics. You missed quite a bit unfortunatly in the few hours between your pics and my pass.

I drove by the site after work so around 5:00 pm. They had about 3 more segments on top of that crane piece that you show in your pics.

Slacker, go take another pic shot.

I bet this crane will be up by this weekend.

No, it's will be only mat depression at column base plates. The mat foundation will be at least couple feet deep along this grid line

Great pictures Comrade. I love that we can now do pictures from different angles for this site. That crane grew quickly.

Ive had a conference for work the past couple of days at the Grand America and there is nothing better than getting off I-15 at the 600 S exit and seeing about 4 cranes all visable within a 3 block area.... AWESOME!

^ Imagin how much more dense that last photo will look when 222South Main is completed.

Also I rode the TRAX past this site at about 9:45am and I noticed two big trucks going west on 200s. carrying pices of the crane arm. (at least I think that's what they where.) It's cool to see so much more action on this site then we have all winter.

Very cool, I lived in Sherman Oaks on Coldwater Canyon for two years, during my first venture to L.A. I still hang out with friends there a lot, usually on Ventura Blvd. A lot of great places to eat in that area. I'm on the Wilshire Corridor now, when I'm in L.A.

I could see some kind of crane over the 222 South Main site, from the U today. It looked to be about as tall as the Hotel Monaco.

It was really cool to see, I think I could see about 8, at least, huge cranes from the U today. It was exciting

You are right, there is a lot of good places and I work in office just couple of blocks from Ventura Blvd. Unfortunately I am spending most of my time at work not outside, and this the price that I paying to live in LA.
