If it was "building x is unattractive because..." maybe. If its "this forum should be run like X", not so much.

People who have been around for a while believing that their opinions are always correct and newcomers don't have valid complaints... Where have I heard this before?

In other news, I imagine people now are very happy with the amount of development happening in the suburbs, given the amount real estate activity happening!
