Downtown turning into $hithole

Vacant stores everywhere
Garbage not being picked up
Graffiti all over the place
Fewer people shopping

And now the homeless drug element has been given the keys to the entire city where parks belong to them.
You can hide a lot of stolen goods, illegal weapons, drugs, etc, in a park. Criminals can use parks as their home base to rob upper scale neighbourhoods much easier now.
This decision was tantamount to literally handing the keys of the city to the worst element.
