Tallest building currently U/C in your city

Post the tallest building U/C in your city. Projects about to break ground could work too if that is all you have(or want to brag ).

Mods, I don't know if this is the right place, so please move it if needed.

the tallest currently under construction in chicago is River Point, a 52 story / 730' office tower (though height figures have been fluctuating on this one).

and just across the street to the south, ground breaking is forecast to happen sometime this year on 150 N Riverside, a 53 story office building that will be similar in height to River Point (may end up being slightLY taller or shorter, not enough height info yet).

For Seattle it's roughly a tie....the first two blocks of Amazon's three-tower Downtown complex. Each about 500-520', 38 stories, and 1.1 msf including a short building on each block. The first building is about to rise out of its parking pit, and the second just started putting in shoring a week or two ago as a preface to digging the hole.

Next up are residentials of 440, 440, 440, 440, and 300 (330?). All are above ground level currently.

In the actual Miami city limits, the tallest UC right now is one of the condo towers at Brickell CityCentre at 538 feet. There are 4 500+ footers rising in the city limits but all are between 500 and 538 feet tall. SLS Brickell is doing ground work on a ~590 foot tower and Panorama is demolishing the garage on its site so they can get started on an 822 footer.

The tallest buildings are actually going up in the suburbs. Sunny Isles Beach has two 600+ footers going up. The furthest along is Mansions at Acqualina at 643 feet. Its about 600 feet up so far. The Porsche Design tower (641 feet) is still doing foundation work. There is digging going on at the site of the 642 foot tall Jade Signature as well.

432 Park is very tall, but is otherwise a thoroughly pedestrian design.

No argument here. I adore its minimalism.

Pittsburghs is the new PNC Bank headquarters building at 545' and will either be the 7th or 8th tallest building in the city depending on how you look at it.

Austin has three 400 footers under construction at the moment, but the tallest is an apartment tower that will have about 40,000 square feet of office space + retail. It's up to about 300 feet at the moment. If it were complete today it would be Austin's 6th tallest. Right now we know of at least 9 more in the pipeline that would be taller than that with several of those slated to start this year.

The Bowie - 423 feet - 37 floors.

The second tallest under construction is the One Rincon Hill north tower, at 52 floors and 550'. The transbay tower (60 floors, 1,070') is also in site prep right now, but no construction yet.
