They have really moved quickly with this project. They started long after Mark on Tenth and are almost at the same stage of construction.

Keep in mind, Aura II's pit is only half the size of Mark on 10th. So it makes sense that it would appear to be going faster.

Now that Aura I is complete, there's little anticipation for how this one will turn out but it will be a nice filler, and a good addition to the 12th ave urban canyon.
