All these looks but no replies. My guess is that partly is due to no photos of it being under construction and secondly not a very unique looking building. Cheers though for the project.

I think the building is ok but the little pointy thing at the top should go. It looks more like a sign because it has some kind of logo on it, in fact it looks like a giant credit card that somebody cut a slice off of.

Should be a tall one-office ~13" per floor, plus that spire, easily 700' and contender for second tallest *office tower* in Latin America after the Torre Mayor in Mexico City.

I kind of like the "fin". Very unusual. Although I can agree with how it could be taken for just a sign. Maybe it should be made slightly thicker to seem more architectural. Sort of does look like the building is being swiped by a card. lol

TOWER FINANCIAL CENTER

Tower Financial Center will be located in the heart of Panama’s financial district, in the intersection of Calle 50 and Elvira Mendez, near the main office buildings and hotels of Panama City. The building will be adjacent to the Panama Marriott Hotel, with direct connection through an enclosed gallery, making available to users all of the hotel’s facilities such as boardrooms and restaurants.

The building has been conceived with all the technological advances and features of the most modern trends, to reach important local and international corporations. The building will consist of a 3-level-basement parking area, a Ground Floor, a Mezzanine, up to 9 levels of deck parking, 25 stories of 1095 square meters of area, 8 stories ranging from 1062 to 798 square meters of area, and 7 stories of 789 square meters of area.















The building’s general specifications are as follows:

Port Cochere at the Main Entrance.
Outdoor Plaza with illuminated landscape and fountains.
Main Lobby elegantly decorated.
Security control and alarm system. All accesses to the building will be controlled by coded cards.
Security office in the main entrance with monitors for 24-hour supervision of all entrances to the building, elevators, public areas and all the emergency and fire detection systems (life safety systems).
Pumps and main lines for a fire sprinkler system. Sprinkler system in the parking levels.
Visitors’ parking spaces.
Eight (8) hi-speed, 20 passenger elevators of the highest technology by Mitsubishi 9. Emergency electric power generator sufficient to supply needs of the entire building and systems.
Energy management and control system.
Fire detection system with heat and temperature sensors in all ambiences and supervision panels in the security office.
Provisions for the highest technology in communication systems.
Two (2) emergency stairs in compliance with all current security regulations.
Low-E double pane insulating black glass mounted on a Unitized Curtain Wall structure with black anodize aluminum framing capable of reducing radiation heat gain by 70%.
Building automatization system.

Thats exactly what it looks like, I bet it was intentional too. The slant at the top of the "card" part suggests motion through the long groove in the front, I think its perfect. Follows the old idea that the aesthetics of the building should suggest what it is used for.

I love the dark glass and the overall shaping of this project!

Dark glass seems to be unusual on recent developments
for some reason... I don't know why, some of the coolest
towers in the world have got dark (elegant) facades.
I think they make a building to appear very self-confident.

Oh man that's Financialicious. At first I was thinking it was just going to be this big black rectangular slab, but after a few minutes my pictures actually loaded and I realised I was way off the mark.

Really nice design. I agree with Nowhereman, it's nice to see this building reflect it's purpose without simply being a big box style tower. And I must say, those are excellent renderings.
