Lots of cities are this way. Taiwan is moving forward and now they are building buildings in the 12 to 30 storys. Before it was 5 to 12 storys. In about ten years, just guessing, TW will start on the next level which is 30 to 50 storys.

You make me laugh... First if you want to use wikipedia as an example, you need to learn how to read. On the right part of the web page above the pictures, what does it say? 臺北... And below that, down the page it has this.

Taipei City
Traditional Chinese: 臺北市 or 台北市
Simplified Chinese: 台北市

Second, Wikipedia is a forum that any one can update or change. Therefore, it is not always accurate. As shown above 台北市 is Simplified and Taiwan does not official use Simplified. However, Simplified is used by the average person on a day to day bases.

Lastly, I guess you did not grow up in Taiwan because if you did you would know that the correct way, politically correct way is 臺北市.

So you are telling me that the Taiwan government is wrong and that when they do official documents and put 臺北市 on them they are wrong???

What is used on the Taipei official government website???

You lost, I won. Take it like a man. But wait, you cant because you are just a little 12 year old...

Back to the topic. I really like these buildings. This cluster of building in Banchiao looks great and I hope that they can keep pushing up and outwards.

Unfortunately, the current information I get, this project will be barely visible by a new development near it in the future.

i totally agree. and the quality of architecture is really lacking. i prefer they not build upwards and outwards if the buildings are going to be ugly and most of them are.

I don't know what exactly location is, but the worst location should be the opposite side of that street. If it is, when people walk in street is going to have sense of pressure, like Hong Kong.

If they maintain the building, it may not that worse. Unfortunatey, Taiwanese people don't like do this work.

i actually like that green darker building by itself. i really like those circular patterns in the cladding. they should've built this in xinyi district. is it built right up against the white building? why is it jutted up against it?
