Not cheap with prices ranging from 900 to over 3000 a month and I assume with nothing included. Out of my price range but I am sure there are a lot of young well off couples and families who will jump on board.

I know of a couple of people who are moving in, and went to see the model suites. From what we where told id sound like the Pricing is based on multiple criteria. 1. The unit 2. What side of the building your living, on, and 3. What floor you are living on.

Also have to keep in mind the apartments are large with a 1 bedroom base apartment being about the same Square footage as a 3 bedroom 2 bath starter home 1100 Sq Ft, and the largest being over 2300 Sq Ft.

I'd like to see the unit that Arris built for himself. I would imagine it's very nice, as it would be if I was building my own unit in my own building.

Follow up to this: The (now former) Ultramar on Champlain was updated really quickly in a matter of days after the announcement and has been completed for a few of weeks now. As they worked on Champlain they had blacked out all Ultramar branding. The one on Dieppe Blvd has still not been touched yet which leaves me wondering if it is not included.

I can confirm that the Ultramar on Dieppe Boulvard is privately owned (Ultramar is just leasing a contract with the owner) and it wont changed for a Circle K.

Good article in the T&T about Horizon Place

https://www.telegraphjournal.com/tim...urce=story-top (paywall - sorry).

The first tenant has already moved in, and over 40 units have been leased (out of 160). They expect the building to be fully leased in 12-18 months.

View of downtown Moncton from the top of Horizon Place. You can see the ongoing work at the TD Corporate Banking Centre in the foreground.

It’s nice to see a different view of downtown, hopefully more additions like 55 will be going up and changing the skyline for years to come

Progress is picking up at the new TD Corporate Banking Centre attached to CF Champlain.

Photo from Retail Talk & Share

The curtain wall is going up. The building should be fully enclosed soon. I wonder what the completion date is???

Training starts January 2019 but the building will be ready to go sometime in December.

It was announced yesterday that the contract to build Dieppe's new sports/multi-generational complex has now been officially awarded to a company, with the construction starting this fall and completing in the fall of 2020.

The new tariffs on steel and wood apparently took a toll on the budget, raising the price tag from 29 million to approx. 30.6 million.

From the render of the building that they keep posting in every article about it, it looks like it's placed on the opposite corner of the lot with college street and NBCC right behind it. So the address and main entrance might be off college st.

Not holding much hope that we'll see the connection south to Alain-Gillette this year.
