Good to see this infill. I was wondering what was going on this parcel. Filling that void is of the essence as parking lots and smaller, falling apart structures need to go. Save the ones of valued historical significance, but if its crappy 1-2 floor garages and those facade chipping 4-6 floor structure, tear them down in this area. 470 units too!

Just an alright infill residential. Nothing special here folks, move along now... We need better designs.

This would be a huge deal in Atlanta, Charlotte, etc. In the capital of the world, it’s just another grain of sand on the beach.
