Looking pretty good, but the glass looks much darker than the renderings. I prefer the lighter glass for this one, but I guess we'll see what it looks like as it climbs.

This one is disappointing me a little me. I'm sure it will still be wonderful to live in. But the quality and appearance of the glass seems far worse than the renders to me and worse than other buildings with high quality glass like 50 West Street.
