I called the developer Cressey and everything's been sold. They should probably update the '9 homes remain' notice because no homes remain... Even the presale assignments on MLS are all gone.

Burnaby really needs to rethink the design of Kingsway overall, but especially so in this section. Shortly after shrinking down from 6 lanes to 4 just after Edmonds St you get down to 2 lanes at 10th Ave. I'd much rather have 4 lanes with consistent turning bays throughout the Edmonds area from Griffiths through to 10th Ave. I don't see how 6 lanes is justified in this section.

The extra space would allow for a vastly improved streetscape with median plantings, potentially some bike lanes etc. It would give an entirely different feel to the area. Perfect timing with Kings Crossing, which will be seismic shift in its own right. If cards are played right with redevelopment of many of the underutilized lots you could end up with a vibrant street.
