Are there any renderings of the tower from the vantage point coming up Edmonds st from Griffiths. Going to align perfectly.

I called the developer Cressey and everything's been sold. They should probably update the '9 homes remain' notice because no homes remain... Even the presale assignments on MLS are all gone.

I wonder if the provincial gov will ever look at redeveloping the Hillside Gardens site next door, ala Little Mtn/Southgate.
