Which tower or project is that?
Also, I'm predicting that this, 'cross-hatched'/criss-crossing, "zig-zagging" balcony design motif is going to be the new (read :'over-used, over-repeated and over-done') "asymmetrical framing box" or the new "Lantern-box-on-top-of-a-tower motif for this new decade that will ubiquitously show up in every other new high-rise tower designed.
It certainly seems crowd-pleasing enough, and if nothing else is effective enough in breaking the monotony of the standard square "block-ey" tower form that is all too common and the de facto form for towers designed over the last little while.
