^interesting question.
When the
CN Tower was constructed in the dark ages more than 3 decades ago, it was built with an innovative "slip form" that of course had to narrow as it climbed.
The Ritz will
widen as it climbs.... but only on one side (south side)... so one wonders if a "slip form" can do a reverse dance to accomodate this flare.
I suspect it will actually involve some pretty "low tech" planning... namely, to grow the concrete forms just the right amount as each new floor is poured... and try to remember to expand the forms on the south side only. ;-)
