Some awesome news for this tower. Canadian Tire has signed up as a tenant and will put an urban format store into the second floor. Along with Urban Fare as the grocer on the main floor, this building will now have two large tenants with urban format stores.

This excavation seems to be dragging on a bit. Excavation started at the beginning of August last year, and there still is a fair bit of material to extract from the hole. Would be nice to see this start this spring.
