Does Kamin even proofread his work? That whole thing was poorly written and had poor grammatical structure.

There was a time when newspapers weren't a dying medium and could budget for proofreading/editing.

I agreed with most of his thoughts on B37. They could have utilized the central location, the crazy amount of transit access, and the rising wave of redevelopment all along State to create a much more interesting and exciting public space. Something like a mini Sony Center in Berlin, for example. What we got instead, while not completely awful, is somewhat disappointing.

Still better than an empty lot I suppose?
