Any news from the downtown or Buckhead DRC's? I'd heard that there might be some highrise projects coming through.

The winner of Super Bowl LI's Most Valuable Player Award will go home with much more than a title if the Atlanta Falcons turn the New England Patriots into prey.

Olympia Heights Management LLC will give the MVP of the big game $500,000 towards a condominium at its development, No2 Opus Place, in the heart of Midtown.

Yeah...but most people, especially those who make a certain amount of money know that these players typically don't ever live in the city.

That is considerably less true than it used to be.

The city is getting a lot of free advertising the past two weeks. I wouldn't be surprise if their was a tremendous uptick in leasing and interest to live ITP.

Lol. As one who knows most of the socialites in Atlanta, people from entertainment to government, I know what I'm talking about. Some of you on here are hilarious or either in a state of mind of wishful thinking. I've been to different celebrities homes and government officials, athletes, etc. Atlanta, NY, and LA. Unless he's move since this past summer (not)...Matt lives over in Duluth. But before this gets into a debate, I won't comment on this topic any further.

I don't care if athletes want to live here or not. We should build cities for teachers and engineers, not people with $40 million salaries. So what if you have a basketball court an NBA player goes to or you have a stellar quarterback. Atlanta will be nice one day. It'll be due to the people and not rich individual. Maybe Loudermilk but other than that, we are good

The city should be for anyone that wants to be here. Including the wealthy, middle class, lower middle class, etc. It should never be discriminated against anyone.

Was that the one I was part of, Libertarian?? I remember getting together with a group from SSP a few years back during one of my summer visits, I think. I may have even been the one to initiate the idea. It was great. Should try it again this summer when I hit town. The City has changed so much since then and continues to.

You do share his penchant for making discussions about yourself...

I imagine Ryan has both a house in Duluth and a pied-à-terre in the city.
