Idaho Falls/Pocatello Development Thread

Just so us Easterners can have a little chat, I've decided to open this thread about known or future projects for the IF area. Such examples would be:

Taylors Crossing- 13 story Marriott, worlds largest bronze statue of its kind

Monroc- I believe it will now be called Eagles Landing, if anyone has any information that they can share about site plans, ect., please share.

Plans for the Sunnyside Interchange, ect.

I'm hoping to engage my fellow Idaho Falls fellows and out of towners, in productive chat, hopefully we can post pics as far as progress of the projects, completions, ect.
