Updated plans here: http://www.minneapolismn.gov/www/gro...msp-220990.pdf . Looks like a gain of 16' in height to a new height of 519'. Looks like a variety of modifications, most significantly losing 2 floors of hotel and gaining 2 floors of condos.

You can see that they've removed the forms from the first level of walls for the north core. 1 down, 40 more levels to go for that core. Columns up on east side of parking garage, more pad and strip footings (or grade beams?) going in tying caissons together on the north and east sides of the site. The concrete structure near the center, east of the north core, is the elevator pit for the garage elevators. The southern core is a bit deeper than the north core, as it contains service elevators that go all the way down to the bottom level of the garage, while the north core does not.
