Carlos: Can you do the same overlapping with the completed 1 WTC and the close up picture even if the spire goes off the picture. The cranes are free standing today from the 89th floor at 1,107' 8'' so i compared the hight of the cranes to the 13'4'' office floors below the 89th floor and they are 20 floors tall or 270 feet when extended.

Today floor 90=1,130' 8'' The core steel is up to future floor 91 or 1,151' 8''
The next 4 floors
92= 1,181' 8''
92m=1,194' 8''
93= 1,208' 8''
93m=1,223' 8'' same as ESB floor102
Splices add 5' to 8' to these.

It is 408 feet pretty close guess

BTW who knows the current height to the tip of the new steel, I've seen many different heights from 1,130 ft, 1,153 ft, 1,157 ft, and 1,170 ft. Thanks

Pretty crazy how if the Spire became a building here in Nashville,it would become the third tallest building.Man,New York is so spoiled that there Spires are just as tall as the tallest buildings from many cities around the world.

Its not the tallest. The Burj has a 600' spire. The part of the spire that is seen will be above the communications ring from 1,401' up

I think he was saying that just the SPIRE of 1wtc is bigger than most buildings in towns and small cities. He wasn't implying that the spire was tallest in the world.

I think that is the core scaffolding not the 91st floor beams. They must be getting ready to jump the cranes to floor 90.
