AK-47s, missile launcher, among weapons seized from Calgary home

Calgary police police seized more than 20 guns from a northwest home Thursday afternoon, including two AK-47's, an AR-15 assault rifle and part of a military grade anti-tank missile launcher.
Police were called to the residence in the 5300-block of Brisebois Drive after receiving a complaint about a disturbance involving a threat with a firearm.
When they searched the home police also discovered several homemade silencers, a throwing star, and a machete.
[A suspect from] Calgary is facing more than 60 gun-related charges.
Police don't believe the incident is gang related [emphasis added].
