A permit has been filed to start foundation work on this project.

Are there any plans to change the façade of the adjacent buildings.
This proposal is decent density filler, but the existing buildings are butt ugly and the contrast between the two just looks chasmistic to me.

Honestly, I didn't know about this tower, just thought they were renovating the underground parking garage.

Is this going to be rental or condos?

At ground level now


from Interchange42 at Urbantoronto

An additional 58 storey tower has been approved for this site in addition to this 43 storey tower which is at ground level now. Big tings comin'!
