Not in the traditional sense. A typical highrise has a concrete core that contains services, stairs, elevators. That core also takes structural loads.
Renelle has two stairs and two elevators, but they’re not organized into a neat core and they won’t take structural loads. Right now there’s just a couple of voids in each floorplate for the stairs, elevators and mechanical chase.
