I am really liking the two colours of cladding going up. It makes for an interesting look.

Style over Function.

If I had my way, there wouldn't be any "Patios" at all..

^ Agreed. I think the inset balconies mar an otherwise great design.

So far it's looking really great, by the time it's completed it'll look amazing, no doubt in my mind.

I was in two minds about the balconies, but overall I think this is a great looking building that the balconies won't take away from. Like Cal, I think this was one tower that would look better with no balconies at all, but as is is good. Better than with them sticking out from the wall.

With the balconies being so small and inset, it will not detract from the overall design of the building. It is a great piece of architecture for Toronto.

What is the pit sandwiched right up against the train tracks going to be? The tower looks amazing, can't wait for the curve to be finished off.

Totally off-topic, but I'm excited to see how the base of Sixty Colburne turns out. If you Toronto forumers are up for posting pictures of that as it's built, us Califoorrrrrnians would greatly appreciate it.
