Wow!

Did he see any renderings or hear who the hotel operator is?

I think that Extell's companion project down the street at 225 W 57th will be even taller since it has a lot more air rights than this does.

Wow, Tom do you know him??? I know Marshall, I write mails with him and help him to with the database a little bit.

Great to see this as a supertall now. The datapage in the databse still needs to be updated!

Sweet! News of the day, over 1,000 feet. That's terrific, New York needs more 1,000 footers. AND under construction. Now we just need a render...

Yea, this will be the tallest mixed-use tower in the city, and the tallest all-concrete structure tower in the Big Apple!

Will also be the second tallest in the United States right behind Trump Tower Chicago if I'm not mistaken!

Yes correct. Trump is the tallest concrete on earth. And this here is the second tallest U/C in the Americas (including South America, it's taller than Gran Torre Costanera, currently U/C in Satiago at 300m/986ft).

This will be spectacular on the skyline, even though there are no renders of it yet.

Again, the Burj is NOT the tallest concrete structure of earth.

Petronas Towers are the tallest concrete structures on earth.

Very nice. I thought I had somehow slipped into the wrong forum...
