Its crazy to think that a 1000' building won't hardly even impact the skyline.

Yup couldn’t agree more, loving those big modern windows yet still maintaining respect to the surrounding architecture by using those post-war style terracotta.

A breath of fresh air from the typical boring glass box, especially silly since they tore down several prewar buildings for this. My rule of thumb: the trade off is worth it if you’re going to replace it with a 21st-century version that’s better than what the original was as a 20th-century building.

I still wish that developers would be required to preserve and incorporate the original facades.
