I honestly wouldn't want a supertall in Nashville at this time, and I'm glad Signature failed because it would've looked ridiculously out of proportion to everything else. While 505CST is now 605ft, it'll give the impression of a new tallest to everyone because of its position atop the high point at 5th & Church, the highest spot downtown outside of Capitol Hill.
