Information about skyscrapers

Hi guys.

I'm looking for some information about how skyscrapers are made. The information I have found on Google isn't that good at all, so if anyone know some good Webb pages that describes step by step how skyscrapers are built, I would appreciate it.

Best regard.

Watch the Discovery Channel: Mega Builders. They have great overview of the construction of different skyscrapers around the world.

There's also a terrific book by David Macaulay called Unbuilding, which breaks down a skyscraper's construction step by step from the top down, and it has possibly the best illustrations ever made for explaining skyscraper construction. Macaulay has another great book called Building Big that goes into how many large structures are made, including skyscrapers.

They may be intended for younger readers, but they contain extraordinarily useful information that even the Watusi might find enlightening, since he seems at a loss for good one-stop resources for this kind of content.
