Crane on the right - at about 2/3s the height of Aramark tower, this should add some nice density to that part of the skyline.

I know some of this is phased. And I forget exactly in what order. But are the buildings fronting Chestnut Street part of Phase I or no? Thanks for reminding me.

Phase I only includes the buildings on Market, however future phases should get something built on Chestnut.

I think that is phase 3. The next phase will be to develop a tower at the corner of 12th and market on top of the retail podium.

Lots of progress! It won't be long now before we see this come up to street level, and then start to rise. Hurry up, though, winter is a coming. brrrr.

a lot of steel beams are on the NE corner of the site. There is a huge beam on a flatbed on Market street. I didn't realize this was going to be a combo of steel and concrete construction. I suppose it has something to do with the floor heights on the lower floors.

The construction will be steel and plank. Similar to the construction of Museum Tower II.
