Podium-style, but pushed to the back half of the building, I believe.

Its basically the same as Alexan 880 and Post Millenium with the street-fronting side of the deck covered by residential.

You can see a bit of the parking in this shot.

I’m excited to see the finished product on this one. Think this may look sleek. Hoping there’s a rooftop amenity deck in addition to the parking deck rooftop amenity area.

Looks killer! It's strange that everyone hanging by the pool is dressed to the nines rather than swim wear though haha. I guess its like an evening cocktail party or whatever though.

From their webpage: "There are two outdoor amenity areas, the first is an intimate courtyard on the 8th floor. This amenity is the “garden” for the residents and provides a more relaxed and contemplative environment than the roof top amenity. The feature amenity is at the 26th floor, where full-height windows present dramatic views of the skyline and Piedmont Park from the Club, Fitness, and lounge areas. Wrapping the indoor amenities are the outdoor terrace, pool, and semi-private areas that include fire pits and Barb-Q stations."

Why do they build pools for buildings that hold hundreds of folks and have 14 chairs? Asking for a friend.

It has to do with code requirements. The area occupied by the chairs is considered an assembly space, which has significant impacts on egress, particularly the area required for stairs to serve the deck. The additional stair(s) costs a lot, eats parking in the deck, and reduces rentable area on the ground floor as it must exit directly to the exterior. This is why you see large pools, raised planters, and fixed elements to reduce the area that can be considered assembly.
