Haha, I want more views of more buildings. My ideal condo would have a nice skyline view from as high as possible without seeing any trees beyond. A horizon of tall buildings for me!

That said, hopefully plenty of tree views for you as well.

You might wanna consider moving to Atlantic House. It's gonna be surrounded by towers in a couple of years, and you'll be hard pressed to fine a tree canopy on the horizon. But, you may find some discomfort in peering down on the grassy area on 14th st.

I don't think either 1125 Peachtree or the Cousins proposal would be in that shot, though.

You're right, how about this one instead?

Amazing aerial of the western side of Midtown. Imagine the Cousin's proposal and GA Tech towers built. Cheetah needs to sell their lot soon.

Midtown looks DENSE

Can’t wait until some of the recent proposals get out of the ground. If even half of them get built, this view will be just stunning in 2-3 years. Even now, after spending the day walking around Midtown for the first time in a while, the change in street level activity compared to even 4 years ago is remarkable.

That's where the Spring and 14th project is supposed to be developed.
