Obviously it shares some history with those hoods, as it used to be the primary Italian (in our case Sicilian) enclave in KC. As you know. It's quite a bit denser structurally than the Hill in St Louis, though (which is as much or more like Waldo than Columbus Park), and less dense structurally than Soulard. Murray Hill in Cleveland (especially north of Mayfeild) is actually pretty similar architecturally, though bigger an more intact, but that's not much of a surprise. Urban KC shares a lot of the built environment with the Great Lakes cities.
