I like PJ too. I think he's a smart guy. I would hope so that all that money spent for a Notre Dame education shouldn't be wasted. PJ will build our next tallest.

Looks dormant, if highly unlikely at this point. The project may not be dead, but it's unlikely it will be called the same thing/resemble what's been seen so far.

There are not enough conventions in Hamilton to justify another hotel. P.J. Mercanti proposed a hotel tourism fee to city council to raise money to attract more conventions:
