Little tidbit from BisNow about the Market Square residential tower:

"What’ll really set Market Square Tower apart is its amenity package. (Philip tells us the team debated what worked best for Houston and basically decided to just do it all, or as we call it "the Zsa Zsa Gabor Method.") If being next to Market Square Park and Buffalo Bayou Park isn't enough for residents, it'll have two floors of amenities, including an indoor basketball court, virtual golf simulator, and spa. It'll also have two pool decks, including a rooftop one 500 feet above the street. Terrifyingly, the glass-encased pool will cantilever out beyond the face of the building. At the base will be 22k SF of street-level retail leased by Shelby, Estus & Co’s Tom Estus."

So the question about height has been answered - as has the question about the pool (would you swim in a glass-bottom pool that looks 500 feet down to the street? Hope this thing doesn't spring a leak!)

Still down for me as well. Looks like HAIF didn't pay attention to keeping their houstonarchitecture.com domain current. With our luck some porn site already bought the domain out from under them! Hahaha

They have like 15 days to renew without paying redemption fee.. redemption period is most of the time 60 days.

From the register..

Quote:
Can I renew my domain name after it has expired?

gTLD Domain names can be renewed at regular rates up to 30 days after the expiration date. After 30 days the domain name is subject to deletion at the registry or auction or purchase via third parties.

Domain names, which have been auctioned or sold to third parties, cannot be renewed or retrieved. Domain names, which have been deleted at the registry, have entered the Redemption Grace Period and are subject to an additional fee of $185 USD for retrieval.
