OK, so how did Berlin make it on the list of cities which are are most important to the world's wealthy, eventhough there are no wealthy in Berlin at all, Moscow or Tokyo on the other hand are missing....

I think its perfectly legit to bring up actual head counts from other sources cause the Knight Frank/Citi ranking doesnt take that into account, which to me represents a huge flaw in their reasoning imho.

this isnt a great thing to be honest whole swathes of kensington,chelsea,notting hill have been taken over by this lot
