No, they have 2 more box sections of steel and they're currently working on one right now. 1,406 feet tall

According to CTBUH's criteria (https://www.ctbuh.org/criteria/ ):

Structurally Topped Out = The building is under construction and the highest primary structural element is in place.

Architecturally Topped Out = The building is under construction and has reached its full height both structurally and architecturally (e.g., including its spires, parapets, etc.).


Yes, it structurally topped out a few weeks ago, but it's not yet architecturally topped out.

Yes, the floors and concrete are topped out. Crown is 90% up and the entire skyscraper is 98.5% up

Calm down, they plan on finishing this tower. They stopped on One Vanderbilt for a bit like 2 months ago and now it's rising again, the same will happen with this skyscraper
