Solstice and 1000 De la Montagne, both 45 storeys. They are in site prep.

Oh. Ok I thought he was hinting at new developments along the empty tract of land west of the espresso hotel. Nvm.

Nice picture, but is it just me who finds that due to geography and Ottawa having that real stumpy, albeit dense skyline, it's real difficult to get those quality money shots of Ottawa's downtown all in one?..I had success from Montreal road, just East of Saint Laurent, and of course there's that view from Gatineau..Otherwise, there are no real good angles from the ground.Someday, I would like to get a picture from Bank Street on the hill south of Billings,,Wish I knew somebody with a view who lives or works in one of those towers.

Last night the fog rolled in, blanketing all of Metro Vancouver. The tall towers of Brentwood could still pierce through the fog.

Also Metrotown got covered by thick fog but being on a hill, buildings could still be seen.

Downtown got also shrouded by the fog as it moved more towards west.
