Two more floors to go until it's topped out.

This building has made quite an impact in Phoenix and it helped in extending the skyline beyond the main boundaries. There is also rumors that at least two more high rises might go up in the area.

Thanks for keeping us updated. We don't have any 600+ foot towers planned in Phoenix, but I like seeing the fillers and shorter high rises that seem to have accelerated pace lately.

I think the economics don't quite workout in Phoenix for a 600+ foot tower in Phoenix, but phoenix doesn't need that? Fill in the periphery of the center with some 6-10 story residential buildings, and fill the center with buildings like this, and you will have a perfect city for the future.

There's certainly a ton of land to absorb new density in the core of Phoenix, and I know there are height restrictions imposed by the proximity to Sky Harbor, but I have always imagined that continued ridership growth on the Valley Metro Rail could bring increased significance to the Central Avenue trunk and spur some taller buildings (500'+) in midtown Phoenix in the future. There's also a ton of potential for increased height in central Tempe, IMO, due to the coming streetcar line and the presence of ASU.
