Crane view-able from the Delaware. Will add to the skyline from this angle.

Finding the crane is like finding Waldo!

Looking at the skyline from Jersey illustrates the problem with the skyline.
There are gaps in places that should be filled.

Society Hill towers are good, but the only tower bold enough to rise is the St. James (a modern skyscraper that was built in the right location).

The crane location illustrates a good solid choice.
This location is noticeable on the skyline.

Can someone point out to me where the crane is?

Wait, nvm I think I see it now, is it in front of the St. James?

Do you see the St. James? Do you see the side of the Penn Mutual tower right in front of it? The crane is right in front of that. It's a white boom tower crane.

i'm surprised at how little the core has changed in the last few weeks. Doesn't seem any higher.

This core is atypical from most other high-rises going up now....It will only progress one floor ahead of the ensuing slab pours...There are massive link-beams at each level that impact the form-work of the core negating the ability to climb the core too far ahead of the slabs....
The lower floors being worked on at this time are quite complicated given the automated parking system coordination with structure, along with challenging structural details (transfer beams, etc.) given the architecture above...

Don't expect this one to rise as quickly as others...
