Estimates conclude that the top of the corebox has breached the 300m mark - giving Australia its first supertall.

The Q1 Tower in Gold Coast has a structural height of 322.5 m, though without its spire it would be 275 m.

This wonderful city is criminally underrated and overlooked.

NYC should've received it's architectural uniqueness with open arms at least half a decade ago.
