21-story high-rise proposed for Memorial City. The site is currently being used as a staging area for Hotel Zaza Memorial City.

Residential high-rise still being planned, should break ground soon as MetroNational is wrapping up construction on a multifamily project nearby. 8-story office building proposed as well.
