This is exactly why this thread is doomed. Is Fort Hamilton a separate neighborhood or is it just a subsection of the Bay Ridge neighborhood?

Fort Hamilton can be a subsection of the Bay Ridge, but Dyker Heights is another neighborhood and therefore Bay Ridge however has less than 80k inhabitants.
